Complaints Procedure

If you disagree with how the operator has handled your account, start by taking it up directly with them

The operator has a process for handling complaints and disputes. Contact their support team and explain your issue clearly—whether it’s about a transaction, a decision to restrict your account, a bonus that didn’t credit, or anything else you believe was handled incorrectly. Most operators aim to resolve concerns within a few weeks, though they have up to eight weeks to formally respond. Keep records of your communications and the dates you contacted them, as you’ll need these if the dispute goes further.

If eight weeks pass without a satisfactory resolution, you can escalate to an independent arbiter

The Gambling Commission, which oversees gambling in Great Britain, doesn’t settle individual disputes itself. However, UK law requires operators to work with an alternative dispute resolution service—usually the Independent Betting Adjudication Service or similar third-party organizations. Once you’ve given the operator eight weeks to respond, you can file a complaint with one of these services for free. They review the operator’s actions against their terms and conditions and gambling law, then issue a decision that both sides must follow.

We cannot intervene in disputes, but we can point you toward proper channels and support

Wildrobins.co.uk is an informational site about the wildrobin brand; we’re not the casino operator and have no access to your account, transactions, or the operator’s internal decisions. If you have a complaint, you must contact the operator directly—you can use the contact form on their official website or their live support team. If you need help understanding your rights or navigating the process, the Citizens Advice Bureau offers free guidance on consumer complaints. If you’re struggling with gambling itself, the National Gambling Helpline provides free, confidential support 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133, or you can contact GamCare for counselling and treatment services.
